In the name of GOD, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
بِسْمِbis'miIn (the) nameٱللَّهِl-lahi(of) God,ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِl-raḥmāniMost Gracious,ٱلرَّحِيمِl-raḥīmiMost Merciful.
[99:1] When the earth is severely quaked.
إِذَاidhāWhen [in the future]زُلْزِلَتِzul'zilati[it] (will be) shakenٱلْأَرْضُl-arḍuthe earthزِلْزَالَهَاzil'zālahāits quake. ﴿١﴾
[99:2] And the earth ejects its loads.
وَأَخْرَجَتِwa-akhrajatiAnd [it] (will have) brought forth / expelled / ejectedٱلْأَرْضُl-arḍuthe earthأَثْقَالَهَاathqālahāits loads. ﴿٢﴾
[99:3] The human will wonder: "What is happening?"
وَقَالَwaqālaAnd [he] saidٱلْإِنسَـٰنُl-insānuthe human,مَاmā"What (is)لَهَاlahāwith it?" ﴿٣﴾
[99:4] On that day, it will tell its news.
يَوْمَئِذٍyawma-idhinThat Day,تُحَدِّثُtuḥaddithuit will tell / narrateأَخْبَارَهَاakhbārahāits news. ﴿٤﴾
[99:5] That your Lord has commanded it.
بِأَنَّbi-annaBecauseرَبَّكَrabbakayour LordأَوْحَىٰawḥāHe inspired / ordered / commandedلَهَاlahā[to] it. ﴿٥﴾
[99:6] On that day, the people will issue from every direction, to be shown their works.
يَوْمَئِذٍyawma-idhinThat Dayيَصْدُرُyaṣduru[it] will proceed / go forward / issueٱلنَّاسُl-nāsuthe humans / peopleأَشْتَاتًاashtātanscattered / divided into classesلِّيُرَوْا۟liyurawthat they may be shownأَعْمَـٰلَهُمْaʿmālahumtheir works. ﴿٦﴾
[99:7] Whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it.
فَمَنfamanSo whoeverيَعْمَلْyaʿmalhe doesمِثْقَالَmith'qālaweightذَرَّةٍdharratinatomخَيْرًاkhayrangood,يَرَهُۥyarahuhe will see it, ﴿٧﴾
[99:8] And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it.
وَمَنwamanAnd whoeverيَعْمَلْyaʿmalhe doesمِثْقَالَmith'qālaweightذَرَّةٍdharratinatomشَرًّاsharranevil,يَرَهُۥyarahuhe will see it. ﴿٨﴾
