Sura 55: Al-Rahmaan (The Gracious) الرحمن

Sura 55 - Al-Rahmaan
In the name of GOD, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
بِسْمِbis'miIn (the) nameٱللَّهِl-lahi(of) God,ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِl-raḥmāniMost Gracious,ٱلرَّحِيمِl-raḥīmiMost Merciful.
[55:1] The Most Gracious.
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُal-raḥmānu(The) Most Gracious ﴿١﴾
[55:2] Teacher of the Quran.
عَلَّمَʿallamaHe taught (Teacher)ٱلْقُرْءَانَl-qur'ānathe Quran. ﴿٢﴾
[55:3] Creator of the human beings.
خَلَقَkhalaqaHe createdٱلْإِنسَـٰنَl-insānathe human being. ﴿٣﴾
[55:4] He taught them how to distinguish.
عَلَّمَهُʿallamahuHe taught himٱلْبَيَانَl-bayānathe clarification / explanation / distinction. ﴿٤﴾
[55:5] The sun and the moon are perfectly calculated.
ٱلشَّمْسُal-shamsuThe sunوَٱلْقَمَرُwal-qamaruand the moonبِحُسْبَانٍbiḥus'bānin[both] with (precise) calculation. ﴿٥﴾
[55:6] The stars and the trees prostrate.
وَٱلنَّجْمُwal-najmuAnd the starsوَٱلشَّجَرُwal-shajaruand the treesيَسْجُدَانِyasjudānithey both prostrate. ﴿٦﴾
[55:7] He constructed the sky and established the law.
وَٱلسَّمَآءَwal-samāaAnd the heaven,رَفَعَهَاrafaʿahāHe raised itوَوَضَعَwawaḍaʿaand He delivered / establishedٱلْمِيزَانَl-mīzānathe balance / the law. ﴿٧﴾
[55:8] You shall not transgress the law.
أَلَّاallāThat notتَطْغَوْا۟taṭghawyou [all] (may) transgressفِىinٱلْمِيزَانِl-mīzānithe balance / the law. ﴿٨﴾
[55:9] You shall establish justice; do not violate the law.
وَأَقِيمُوا۟wa-aqīmūAnd establish [you all]ٱلْوَزْنَl-waznathe weightبِٱلْقِسْطِbil-qis'ṭiin the justiceوَلَاwalāand (do) notتُخْسِرُوا۟tukh'sirūyou [all] lose / fall short / violateٱلْمِيزَانَl-mīzānathe balance / the law. ﴿٩﴾
[55:10] He created the earth for all creatures.
وَٱلْأَرْضَwal-arḍaAnd the earth,وَضَعَهَاwaḍaʿahāHe laid / delivered / founded itلِلْأَنَامِlil'anāmifor the creatures. ﴿١٠﴾
[55:11] In it there are fruits, and date palms with their hanging fruit.*
فِيهَاfīhāTherein (are)فَـٰكِهَةٌfākihatunfruitsوَٱلنَّخْلُwal-nakhluand the date-palmsذَاتُdhātuit possessedٱلْأَكْمَامِl-akmāmi[the] spathes / hanging fruit. ﴿١١﴾
*55:11 Compare the spaceship Earth's renewable systems and reproducing astronauts, with the most sophisticated spaceships that we launch into space. God be glorified.
[55:12] Also grains and the spices.
وَٱلْحَبُّwal-ḥabuAnd the grainذُوdhūpossessingٱلْعَصْفِl-ʿaṣfithe huskوَٱلرَّيْحَانُwal-rayḥānuand the fragrant flowery plants (spices). ﴿١٢﴾
[55:13] (O humans and jinns,) which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿١٣﴾
[55:14] He created the human from aged clay, like the potter's clay.
خَلَقَkhalaqaHe createdٱلْإِنسَـٰنَl-insānathe man / humanمِنminfromصَلْصَـٰلٍṣalṣālinaged clay كَٱلْفَخَّارِkal-fakhārilike the potter's clay. ﴿١٤﴾
[55:15] And created the jinns from blazing fire.
وَخَلَقَwakhalaqaAnd He createdٱلْجَآنَّl-jānathe jinnمِنminfromمَّارِجٍmārijina smokeless flameمِّنminofنَّارٍnārinfire. ﴿١٥﴾
[55:16] (O humans and jinns,) which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿١٦﴾
[55:17] Lord of the two easts and the two wests.
رَبُّrabbuLord (of)ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِl-mashriqaynithe two eastsوَرَبُّwarabbuand Lord (of)ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِl-maghribaynithe two wests. ﴿١٧﴾
[55:18] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿١٨﴾
[55:19] He separates the two seas where they meet.
مَرَجَmarajaHe released / separatedٱلْبَحْرَيْنِl-baḥraynithe two seasيَلْتَقِيَانِyaltaqiyāni(where) they both meet. ﴿١٩﴾
[55:20] A barrier is placed between them, to prevent them from transgressing.
بَيْنَهُمَاbaynahumāBetween both of them (is)بَرْزَخٌbarzakhuna barrier,لَّاnotيَبْغِيَانِyabghiyānithey both transgress. ﴿٢٠﴾
[55:21] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٢١﴾
[55:22] Out of both of them you get pearls and coral.
يَخْرُجُyakhrujuIt comes outمِنْهُمَاmin'humāfrom both of themٱللُّؤْلُؤُl-lu'lu-uthe pearlsوَٱلْمَرْجَانُwal-marjānuand the corals. ﴿٢٢﴾
[55:23] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٢٣﴾
[55:24] He gave you ships that roam the sea like flags.
وَلَهُwalahuAnd for Him (are)ٱلْجَوَارِl-jawārithe shipsٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُl-munshaātu[the] elevated / raisedفِىinٱلْبَحْرِl-baḥrithe seaكَٱلْأَعْلَـٰمِkal-aʿlāmilike the signs / marks / flags. ﴿٢٤﴾
[55:25] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٢٥﴾
[55:26] Everyone on earth perishes.
كُلُّkulluAll / Everyoneمَنْmanwhoعَلَيْهَاʿalayhā(is) on itفَانٍfānin(will) perish. ﴿٢٦﴾
[55:27] Only the presence of your Lord lasts. Possessor of Majesty and Honor.
وَيَبْقَىٰwayabqāBut [it] will remainوَجْهُwajhu(the) face / presence رَبِّكَrabbika(of) your Lord,ذُوdhū(the) Possessor ofٱلْجَلَـٰلِl-jalālithe Majestyوَٱلْإِكْرَامِwal-ik'rāmiand [the] Honor. ﴿٢٧﴾
[55:28] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٢٨﴾
[55:29] Imploring Him is everyone in the heavens and the earth. Every day He is in full control.
يَسْـَٔلُهُۥyasaluhu[He] implores Himمَنmanwhoeverفِى(is) inٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwātithe heavensوَٱلْأَرْضِwal-arḍiand the earth.كُلَّkullaEveryيَوْمٍyawmindayهُوَhuwaHeفِى(is) inشَأْنٍshanincare for / control. ﴿٢٩﴾
[55:30] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٣٠﴾
[55:31] We will call you to account, O humans and jinns.
سَنَفْرُغُsanafrughuWe will call to accountلَكُمْlakumto you [all],أَيُّهَayyuhaOٱلثَّقَلَانِl-thaqalāni[the] two burdened groups! ﴿٣١﴾
[55:32] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٣٢﴾
[55:33] O you jinns and humans, if you can penetrate the outer limits of the heavens and the earth, go ahead and penetrate. You cannot penetrate without authorization.
يَـٰمَعْشَرَyāmaʿsharaO multitude / company / race (of)ٱلْجِنِّl-jinithe jinnوَٱلْإِنسِwal-insiand [the] humans!إِنِiniIfٱسْتَطَعْتُمْis'taṭaʿtumyou [all] are ableأَنanthatتَنفُذُوا۟tanfudhūyou [all] pass beyond / penetrateمِنْminofأَقْطَارِaqṭāri(the) outer regions / limits (of)ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwātithe heavensوَٱلْأَرْضِwal-arḍiand the earth,فَٱنفُذُوا۟fa-unfudhūthen pass / penetrate [you all].لَاNotتَنفُذُونَtanfudhūnayou [all] (can) pass / penetrateإِلَّاillāexceptبِسُلْطَـٰنٍbisul'ṭāninby authority. ﴿٣٣﴾
[55:34] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٣٤﴾
[55:35] You get bombarded with projectiles of fire and metal, and you cannot win.
يُرْسَلُyur'saluIt will be sentعَلَيْكُمَاʿalaykumāagainst both of youشُوَاظٌshuwāẓuna flame (projectile)مِّنminofنَّارٍnārinfireوَنُحَاسٌwanuḥāsunand metal,فَلَاfalāand notتَنتَصِرَانِtantaṣirāniyou [both] will be helped / able to defend / be victorious. ﴿٣٥﴾
[55:36] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٣٦﴾
[55:37] When the sky disintegrates, and turns rose colored like paint.
فَإِذَاfa-idhāThen when [in the future]ٱنشَقَّتِinshaqqati[it] split / disintegratedٱلسَّمَآءُl-samāuthe heaven / sky,فَكَانَتْfakānatand it becameوَرْدَةًwardatanrose (colored)كَٱلدِّهَانِkal-dihānilike the murky oil / paint. ﴿٣٧﴾
[55:38] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٣٨﴾
[55:39] On that day, no human, nor a jinn, will be asked about his sins.
فَيَوْمَئِذٍfayawma-idhinThen (on) that Dayلَّاnotيُسْـَٔلُyus'aluhe will be askedعَنʿanaboutذَنۢبِهِۦٓdhanbihihis sin,إِنسٌinsunany humanوَلَاwalāand notجَآنٌّjānnunany jinn. ﴿٣٩﴾
[55:40] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٤٠﴾
[55:41] (This is because) the guilty will be recognized by their looks; they will be taken by the forelocks and the feet.
يُعْرَفُyuʿ'rafu[He] will be known / recognizedٱلْمُجْرِمُونَl-muj'rimūnathe guilty [ones]بِسِيمَـٰهُمْbisīmāhumby their marks / looksفَيُؤْخَذُfayu'khadhuand he will be takenبِٱلنَّوَٰصِىbil-nawāṣīby the forelocksوَٱلْأَقْدَامِwal-aqdāmiand the feet. ﴿٤١﴾
[55:42] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٤٢﴾
[55:43] This is Gehenna that the guilty used to deny.
هَـٰذِهِۦhādhihiThis (is)جَهَنَّمُjahannamuHellٱلَّتِىallatīwhichيُكَذِّبُyukadhibu[he] denyبِهَاbihāof itٱلْمُجْرِمُونَl-muj'rimūnathe guilty [ones]. ﴿٤٣﴾
[55:44] They will circulate between it and an intolerable inferno.*
يَطُوفُونَyaṭūfūnaThey will go around / circulateبَيْنَهَاbaynahābetween itوَبَيْنَwabaynaand betweenحَمِيمٍḥamīmininferno,ءَانٍāninheated / boiling. ﴿٤٤﴾
*55:44 Full details about the High Heaven, Low Heaven, the Purgatory, Hell, and the intolerable inferno are given in Appendices 5 and 11.
[55:45] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٤٥﴾
[55:46] For those who reverence the majesty of their Lord, two gardens (one for the jinns and one for the humans).
وَلِمَنْwalimanBut for (him) whoخَافَkhāfahe feared / reverencedمَقَامَmaqāma(the) standing / majestyرَبِّهِۦrabbihihis Lord (are)جَنَّتَانِjannatānitwo gardens. ﴿٤٦﴾
[55:47] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٤٧﴾
[55:48] Full of provisions.
ذَوَاتَآdhawātāBoth possessing / full ofأَفْنَانٍafnāninbranches / abounding in varieties. ﴿٤٨﴾
[55:49] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٤٩﴾
[55:50] Two springs are in them, flowing.
فِيهِمَاfīhimāIn both of them (are)عَيْنَانِʿaynānitwo springs,تَجْرِيَانِtajriyāniit [both] flows. ﴿٥٠﴾
[55:51] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٥١﴾
[55:52] Of every fruit in them, two kinds.
فِيهِمَاfīhimāIn both of themمِنminofكُلِّkullieveryفَـٰكِهَةٍfākihatinfruitsزَوْجَانِzawjāni(in) pairs. ﴿٥٢﴾
[55:53] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٥٣﴾
[55:54] While relaxing on furnishings lined with satin, the fruits are within reach.
مُتَّكِـِٔينَmuttakiīnaThose [both] reclining / relaxingعَلَىٰʿalāonفُرُشٍۭfurushinfurnishings,بَطَآئِنُهَاbaṭāinuhāits inner liningsمِنْmin(are) ofإِسْتَبْرَقٍis'tabraqinbrocade / satin,وَجَنَىwajanāand fresh and ripe (fruit)ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِl-janatayni(of) both the gardensدَانٍdānin(is) within reach. ﴿٥٤﴾
[55:55] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٥٥﴾
[55:56] Their beautiful mates were never touched by any human or jinn.
فِيهِنَّfīhinnaIn themقَـٰصِرَٰتُqāṣirāturestraining*ٱلطَّرْفِl-ṭarfithe glance/ looking (*beautiful mates)لَمْlamnotيَطْمِثْهُنَّyaṭmith'hunna[it] touch themإِنسٌinsuna humanقَبْلَهُمْqablahumbefore themوَلَاwalāand notجَآنٌّjānnuna jinn. ﴿٥٦﴾
[55:57] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٥٧﴾
[55:58] They look like gems and coral.
كَأَنَّهُنَّka-annahunnaAs if they wereٱلْيَاقُوتُl-yāqūtu[the] rubies / gemsوَٱلْمَرْجَانُwal-marjānuand the corals. ﴿٥٨﴾
[55:59] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٥٩﴾
[55:60] Is the reward of goodness anything but goodness?
هَلْhalIsجَزَآءُjazāu(the) rewardٱلْإِحْسَـٰنِl-iḥ'sāni(for) the goodإِلَّاillābutٱلْإِحْسَـٰنُl-iḥ'sānuthe good? ﴿٦٠﴾
[55:61] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٦١﴾
[55:62] Below them are two gardens (one for the jinns and one for the humans).
وَمِنwaminAnd fromدُونِهِمَاdūnihimābeside both of them (are)جَنَّتَانِjannatānitwo gardens. ﴿٦٢﴾
[55:63] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٦٣﴾
[55:64] Side by side.
مُدْهَآمَّتَانِmud'hāmmatāniBoth dark green with thick foliage (side by side) ﴿٦٤﴾
[55:65] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٦٥﴾
[55:66] In them, wells to be pumped.
فِيهِمَاfīhimāIn both of them (are)عَيْنَانِʿaynānitwo springs,نَضَّاخَتَانِnaḍḍākhatāniboth gushing forth. ﴿٦٦﴾
[55:67] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٦٧﴾
[55:68] In them are fruits, date palms, and pomegranate.
فِيهِمَاfīhimāIn both of them (are)فَـٰكِهَةٌfākihatunfruitsوَنَخْلٌwanakhlunand date-palmsوَرُمَّانٌwarummānunand pomegranates. ﴿٦٨﴾
[55:69] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٦٩﴾
[55:70] In them are beautiful mates.
فِيهِنَّfīhinnaIn them (are)خَيْرَٰتٌkhayrātunchaste dames / good thingsحِسَانٌḥisānunbeautiful / good. ﴿٧٠﴾
[55:71] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٧١﴾
[55:72] Confined in the tents.
حُورٌḥūrunFair ones / beautiful onesمَّقْصُورَٰتٌmaqṣūrātunguarded / restricted / confinedفِىinٱلْخِيَامِl-khiyāmithe tents. ﴿٧٢﴾
[55:73] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٧٣﴾
[55:74] No human ever touched them, nor a jinn.
لَمْlamNotيَطْمِثْهُنَّyaṭmith'hunna[it] touch themإِنسٌinsuna humanقَبْلَهُمْqablahumbefore themوَلَاwalāand notجَآنٌّjānnuna jinn. ﴿٧٤﴾
[55:75] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٧٥﴾
[55:76] They relax on green carpets, in beautiful surroundings.
مُتَّكِـِٔينَmuttakiīnaThose [both] reclining / relaxingعَلَىٰʿalāonرَفْرَفٍrafrafincarpetsخُضْرٍkhuḍ'ringreen,وَعَبْقَرِىٍّwaʿabqariyyinand surroundingsحِسَانٍḥisāninbeautiful / good. ﴿٧٦﴾
[55:77] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyiSo which (of)ءَالَآءِālāi(the) marvels (of)رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumāboth your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni(will) you both deny? ﴿٧٧﴾
[55:78] Most exalted is the name of your Lord, Possessor of Majesty and Honor.
تَبَـٰرَكَtabāraka[It] is blessedٱسْمُus'mu(the) nameرَبِّكَrabbika(of) your Lord,ذِىdhīPossessor ofٱلْجَلَـٰلِl-jalāli[the] Majestyوَٱلْإِكْرَامِwal-ik'rāmiand [the] Honor. ﴿٧٨﴾
